Laurence and his team are very professional and hard working at all times and have a genuine passion for what they do. We were happy to let Laurence have free reign with his design, as we were certainly lacking our own ideas but we couldn’t have been more pleased.
Excellent communication from day one, taking us through the plans of what they hoped to achieve each day, so that we always knew what was going on which meant we felt informed all the way through.
Any questions we had were answered clearly and even our indecision at times was handled in a very polite and understanding manner, bless them.

Laurence knows his business and you can give him your requirements and know they will be carried out to the letter. He keeps you informed and up to date at every stage of planning and execution.
