L J Hebblethwaite Ltd is a family run business based in Horsham. It is now run by Laurence Hebblethwaite.

The company was set up by Laurence’s father Paul Hebblethwaite, over 20 years ago, as a garden design and maintenance company. When Paul retired, it transferred to Laurence in 2007. Since then it has continued to develop as a company specialising in garden makeovers with an excellent reputation for design, building and planting of existing or new gardens.

Laurence qualified from Brinsbury college, near Billingshurst, with an ND in horticulture and developed his planting knowledge at Newbridge Nurseries in Broadbridge Heath before working for another landscape gardener in Horsham for 2 and a half years.

The company and their full time employees take great pride in their work and know the importance of reputation in their local town of Horsham. A typical garden project starts by discussing ideas and designs with the client. It then moves on to creating the new garden with hard landscaping together with soft landscaping and planting, which transforms the outdoor space into an enjoyable garden.
